Author Paper Submission

HRM Conference welcomes authors to submit their research papers to present at the upcoming human resource conference in Canada. Presenting a paper in an
international conference is the easiest way to showcase your work before professionals, experts, and your fellow participants. This will help your work reach global
audiences, and journal publications will make the paper accessible to everyone. However, before submitting the author’s paper, you have to follow certain
guidelines to maintain the quality of the paper. For your convenience, we have discussed the instructions you have to follow when submitting a paper for our
upcoming HRM conferences below.

Instructions for Author Paper Submission:

1. Submit full papers and abstracts to our upcoming Human Resource Management (HRM) conferences.
2. Your paper must be original works with plagiarism free, not published elsewhere, and not submitted to any of our other conferences.
3. HRM Conference uses double peer review to assess the standard of the submitted paper.
4. The paper must be in English, and the required font is Times New Roman, which should be 10 in size.
5. Your paper should be between 4 and 10 pages long, containing abstracts, figures, charts, tables, references, and keywords.
6. Submit the author paper in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
7. Follow the APA style (check sample) throughout the manuscript for your author paper.
8. Includes the title, author’s names, and affiliations on the first page of the paper. It would be best if you underlined the presenting author name for clarity.
9. You have to submit the paper using the Submission Form below, choosing your preferred HRM conference accurately.
10. Approval of an author paper usually takes up to 14 working days to be assessed by our review team. After approval, we will notify you with further
    instructions.
11. Once you get the approval for your paper, you must complete the registration process for the conference for which you submit the paper.

If you don’t have any author papers but want to attend the conference, you can still do that by registering for your preferred conference, choosing the conference
ticket as Listener during the registration.
