Modes Of Presentation
Presenting a research paper to a professional crowd will help you get valuable feedback on your findings. For that, HRM Conference comes with HRM platforms of global professionals and experts where authors talk about their research papers. To present your paper, you will get 10-minute oral talks about your findings and contribution to existing data and practical life. Apart from that, a short Q&A session during the presentation will help you to get valuable feedback from HR professionals about your research. To know more details about the mode of presentation at the HRM Conference, continue your reading.
HRM Conference allows authors whose papers are approved for presentation on the conference day to join an oral and Q&A session to talk about their paper. Through these sessions, you can easily engage with professionals and your fellow participants and get feedback on your paper’s findings.
Oral Presentation (In person)
Each participant who attends our human resource management conferences as author will get the opportunity to showcase the research work to global professionals. HRM Conference allows every author to talk about the submitted paper and join a Q&A session. This discussion greatly benefits the authors by getting real-time feedback from experts and fellow participants.
HRM Conference will arrange all the necessary equipment before the presentation begins to ensure a smooth presentation. The equipment includes a laptop with MS Office and Adobe Reader, a projector, and a screen. Before each session begins, authors are requested to copy the necessary presentation file to the conference laptop.
Since a number of authors joined our human resource conference, the allotted time for author presentations is strictly monitored. The Q&A session also includes the allotted presentation duration. Note that the duration of the keynote speaker’s speech will be at least 30 minutes so that the speech includes enough information and insight for all participants.
