Attending our upcoming human resource conference is a golden opportunity for authors who want to present their valuable research paper before professionals, experts, and fellow international participants. If you are planning to present your paper, you just have to submit it following our guidelines. Your submitted paper will go through our double-blind peer review process to check the paper’s quality. To learn more about our peer review process, read the following details.
Our Peer Review Process for Author Paper Assessment
All submitted papers for our human resource management conferences go through a peer review process so that we maintain our integrity. Our peer review process works in the following ways.
Submission and Initial Screening
Papers submitted through our Submission Portal are usually considered for the initial screening. In this screening, our team checks whether the paper is prepared following our guidelines. During this preliminary assessment, they check the author’s paper format, length, and relevance to the conference topic. If the paper passes this initial assessment, it will be ready for the next step.
Assignment to Reviewers
To assess papers, we employ the most qualified reviewers in the relevant field. They check each paper thoroughly to judge the paper’s standard and value of the paper. Basically, reviewers are chosen based on their experience and expertise in the respective field of the paper topic. In that case, two or more reviewers will review a paper to ensure an unbiased assessment.
Reviewer Evaluation and Feedback
At the assessment stage, our reviewers will check a paper for clarity, originality, relevance, methodology, and overall quality. In addition to assessing the novelty of the research, they also analyze its potential contribution to existing data. The process focuses mainly on the value of the findings and the effects on policy, practice, and theory. Based on these criteria, reviewers will give detailed feedback to our team for further instruction.
Second Round of Review
When our reviewers find that a paper needs further revisions, we promptly send the paper back to the same author with the necessary suggestions. When the paper is resubmitted, it will go through the same review process to confirm whether all the remarks are clarified by the author. In the event that the paper still requires further revision, the author will be contacted again.
Final Decision and Notification
Once we get the final feedback from the reviewers, the HRM Conference’s committee will decide whether the paper is to be accepted or rejected. Depending on the decision, we send a notification to the respective author with further instructions to complete the conference registration. And they will also get a welcome message that your paper is approved for presentation on the conference day.
Publication Preparation and Presentation
All submitted papers at our human resource management conferences will get the opportunity to be published in prominent international journals. In that case, the paper may need further formatting, proofreading, or any other adjustment. However, at the conference, all authors whose papers will be approved for the particular conference will be invited to talk about the paper before other professionals and join a Q&A session.
