- Upon successful registration and payment, an official invitation letter with other necessary documents will be sent within 5 business days.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once registered for any conference successfully, you cannot cancel your registration. Thank you for your consideration and for your commitment to attending.
- Conference registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any situation. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and organization of the event.
- In case of event postponement or cancellation by HRM Conference (hrmconference.ca), we will provide alternative options. These may include rescheduling or credit towards future events.

Video & Photography
By attending the HRM Conference, you agree to have your image captured by official photographers and videographers. We are not liable for any personal injuries or property damage occurring during the travel or event.
